This track definitely makes a strong impression with its quick drumbeats, guitar riffs, and harsh vocals. Some time ago, I predicted that Crossfaith were on the brink of striking commercial metalcore gold after listening to the Zion EP. Crossfaith has claimed their distinctive identity in the music industry with Apocalyze. Save for the one-off fluke that is "Hounds of the Apocalypse," which seriously sounds like an early Atreyu castoff, the rest of the album delivers what it promises.

Zion marked a step forward for the group, and this record refines the formula as it delivers more than a few emotionally resonant, triumphant bulwarks like "We Are the Future," apicalyze and "Deathwish. Both bands have their share of flaws, but Crossfaith's are less overt and I didn't find myself cringing at any point throughout the record.

Anyway, the most condensed summation I can come up with is that Crossfaith is what Spain's Rise to Fall wants to be, but wholly fails at.

Well, here we are three years later, and given that their third full-length Apocalyze has had an appreciable amount of time to sink in, it appears that I was right after all.

Unlike the breakdowns, the nu metal influences are used without much taste. This album will excite metalcore freaks like it's the dawn of a new era. Koie's grunts aren't going to win anybody over though, and I kept wishing he would use more cleans, which seems to be a trend I repeatedly run into. apicalyze

As the crossfaihh continues, it is easy to tell that each track varies a great deal. Best viewed without Internet Explorer, in x resolution or higher. Some clean vocal parts seemed common and electronics were sometimes scattered, but they were made up for with the thrilling crossfatih Crossfaith gives off in every song. In direct counter to each other, the groove-oriented "Gala Hala Burn Down the Floor " at the midpoint of the album is instantly squashed by the abrasive and noisome "Countdown to Hell".

The clean vocals that end the song can come off as generic, but the use of keyboard gives it an eerie vibe making crssfaith song worth a listen.

More than anything, she loves to gain experience in the world of music and constantly improve her writing abilities.

I guess it is my unofficial duty to tackle these albums, maybe because I blissfully give everything a fair shake of the stick until proven otherwise. Crossfaith — Apocalyze Album Review. More so with the latter as it comes with not only a dubstep breakdown, but also a synth solo.

Most will balk at the implication of electronic metalcore, and crrossfaith good reason. The band excels as a live act and has received a sizable following as a result, and this is translated competently through their studio output. However, it's easy to appreciate the band's inherent thumb bite despite frequently ringing like a Tekken soundtrack gone metal-mental.
